I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome. The lady at the reception provided detailed information about getting around the city and even helped me with late check-in instructions. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with clean beds and a spacious and modern apartment. The kitchenette was well-stocked, and I appreciated having a toaster. The location was also great, with a mini supermarket just around the corner and plenty of shops nearby. It was easily accessible to the nearest metro line and the Görtlizer train station.

Overall service and apartments were great. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Convenient location with bus stop and train stations nearby. Helpful and well trained staff. Homely feel with kitchenette and fridge. Ideal for exploring the arty/cultural side of Berlin. Plenty of nice restaurants and bars in the area.
